Professor Le Vinh Danh was elected the first chairman of the University Consortium International (UCI) on April, 2019. Currently, he is the President of Ton Duc Thang University, Vietnam. His areas of expertise including corporate finance, financial markets and international economics. He has authored, co-authored and edited some 40 articles published in finance and economics journals. He is also the author and co-author of 7 finance and economics books.

  • Honorary Rector of Tomas Bata University in Zlín, Czech Republic (awarded on 14/12/2018);
  • Member of The National Economic Council of The Fatherland Front of Vietnam;
  • Member of The Standing Board of The Vietnam General Confederation of Labour (VGCL);
  • Member of The Scientific Board of The Ho Chi Minh City Institute of Economics & Social;
  • Member of The Scientific Board of The Institute for Orient Research and Development;
  • Member, The American Academy of Politics and Social Sciences (AAPSS) since 2005;
  • Member, The American Economic Association (AEA) since 2005;
  • Member, Financial Management Association (FMA) since 2010;
  • Chairman of University Consortium International (UCI) since 2019.
